Dr Nikolay Burlutskiy is Director of ML&AI at AstraZeneca R&D, UK. His interest is in developing trustworthy AI models for domain experts to improve, automate, and accelerate their processes. Nikolay has background in computer science with a PhD in machine learning and deep learning. Prior to AstraZeneca, he was leading algorithm development of Inify, a successful decision support tool to empower pathologists, at ContextVision in Stockholm. He also worked as R&D AI engineer at Samsung Electronics in South Korea developing vacuum cleaning robots. He co-authored over 35 peer-reviewed publications including several US patents on AI applications.

Paul has 30 years of experience delivering ERP solutions in both an internal role & as a Solution Architect / Lead Consultant. He has spent the last 14 years focused on Microsoft Business Solutions with the last 10 years in a consulting role focused on D365 Finance & Supply Chain. Prior to this, Paul gained over 20 years of experience working in a senior business analysis role within brewing, hospitality & retail using a variety of ERP systems including MS AX, MS GP, JDE and JBA. Certified by Microsoft as a Solution Architect & Functional Consultant in Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Finance. Paul uses his broad knowledge of the D365 platform to prioritise business needs & deliver ERP transformation projects in an effective manner.
